Processing Refunds
In this chapter, we’ll examine a scenario with the goal of solidifying the concepts presented in this book. This includes how to choose which IA template to use to start development, auditing, kill switches, and more. We’ll analyze the ML requirements of the use case, design a solution, and implement the solution’s structure.
The scenario used throughout this chapter is modeled on the real-life use case of an online retailer. This retailer is looking to automate the approval of refund requests received through email.
