Leaders who are predominant Artists are perhaps the most creative and innovative leaders. The creativity of Artists is driven by their deep understanding of themselves. Unfortunately, this tendency to engage in deep introspection can lead to many problems. Derailing, predominant Artists often feel they lack self-worth.
