You've made it this far because you're driven by a purpose far greater than yourself and have been looking for the insights, framework, and tools to be the leader we all need you to be. You know you have power and want to use your power with intention to drive long‐term, sustainable success for yourself, your company, and the world we all live in.

In a world so confused and chaotic, it is a relief to know there are leaders out there committed to doing the hard work to create a better world for the generations to come. We love that about you.

But aspiration alone is not enough to be a Modern Leader who drives triple bottom‐line impact.

It seems obvious, but so often we forget this simple truth: companies are made up by a collection of people who agree to commit their skills and abilities to an agreed‐upon goal. It's the people who work for the companies that are making the impact. They are the ones whose wisdom, talent, insights, and actions are driving the change. This means the responsibility to make impact is not on the company per se, but on the leaders who work at those companies. And, as we have explained, every single person at every level of the organization can and must see themselves as the leaders they are, so this means the responsibility is on you. All of which is to say, your leadership purpose is essential for triple bottom‐line impact.
