Chapter 23. Accessibility Helps

It sounds corny, but the best way to describe the people who have accessibility needs is that they are people, just like you and me. They use their computers to do online banking and buy birthday gifts. They write or purchase books. They record, edit, and watch movies, music or other multimedia. They connect and stay in touch with friends on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, or other social networking sites. We have to understand that people with disabilities are the same as each of us.
