Values and Attitudes
Values are basic convictions regarding right and
wrong, good and bad, important and unimportant. An
attitude is a persistent tendency to feel and behave in
a particular way towards something or someone.
Values exert tremendous influence on the cultural
environment of business organizations. For instance,
