ILLUSTRATIVE AUDITOR REPORT (UK AND IRELAND)

The following illustrative auditors’ reports are based on the requirements in ISA 700 (revised) ‘The Independent Auditor's Report on a Complete Set of General Purpose Financial Statements’, ISA 705 ‘Modifications to the Opinion in the Independent Auditor's Report’ and ISA 706 ‘Emphasis of Matter Paragraphs and Other Matter Paragraphs in the Independent Auditor's Report’. Each jurisdiction may have their own wording in certain areas of the auditor's report and, therefore, it is advisable to consult the recommended practice issued by regulatory authorities in each jurisdiction.

This report is made solely to the company's members, as a body, in accordance with Chapter 3 of Part 16 of the Companies Act 2006.
