Closing an Interview

All interviews should be brought to a polite but unhurried conclusion – even if you believe a candidate to be unsuitable. As an ambassador for your company, the way in which you wrap up the interview will create a lasting impression on the candidate.

Tell candidates how many other interviews you have scheduled.

Inviting questions

Towards the end of an interview, ask the candidate if they have any questions. If they have taken the trouble to find information about your organization, they will have at least one interesting question.
