Publishing content onto an Intranet server does not necessarily ensure that critical mass is achieved. Obviously a means needs to be provided to enable the users to access this information or a complementary method of proactively sharing this information. Therefore, this chapter will look at some of the issues and tools available to support the learner in navigating and retrieving an Intranet’s content.
