Working with the Rss2Production Project

The Rss2Production project, located in your C:\Microsoft Press\Introducing InfoPath 2003\Chapter17\Rss2Production folder, expands on the Rss2EventsFinal project by adding the following features:

  • The AllSections view adds Docs, Generator, and multiple Category entries to the parent Channel element, as shown in Figure 17-2. The Save rss.xml button saves a modified copy of the current InfoPath data document to an rss.xml file at the location you specify. The modifications include removing the InfoPath processing instructions and altering the namespace attribute of the <body> element to conform to the RSS 2.0 specification.
