In this chapter, we learn that not all business processes take place at all Systemplar locations. Basically, the internal processes are centralized at the Systemplars headquarters in Reims, and the customer-facing processes take place in all offices. There are only a few exceptions, notably in Tunis, a recently acquired company that still runs some internal processes such as HR and asset management. We are now ready to start connecting the dots…
