4 Multiple Products
Many organizations deal in multiple products. For instance, a finished assembly is composed of many input items and there is requirement of multiple items procurement. Similarly, many items can be manufactured in a product family by an industrial organization. After establishing the need, multiple items procurement as well as manufacture are discussed.
