I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Concluding Thoughts
Opportunities in the energy industry are considerable. The complex landscape necessitates due diligence and understanding of both the opportunities and challenges in natural gas, LNG, and shale formations. In traditional energy investments, we look to Brazil, North American natural gas shales, and Iraq. All have certain levels of risk. However, these areas are the growth areas in the industry.
In alternative energy, look to solar power generation for future growth potential. In Chapter 19, we describe differences in solar power generation.
