It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Both oil juniors and oilfield service sector companies are critical players in the oil industry. The working relationship between the oilfield service sector and operators has come under intense scrutiny by regulators all over the globe. In a post Macondo world, operators will now re-assess the service sector in terms of enhanced safety measures, technological capabilities, and their emergency response.
Look to oil juniors for investment opportunities. This cadre of companies is on the exploration and production forefront in many emerging markets, particularly Latin America. There are numerous oil juniors that have found the Promised Land in markets such as Columbia and Peru.
