Bill sat at his desk, staring out the window. It had been a long couple weeks since he stood in Susan’s office looking at the “DevOps has failed you” slide with Jason. Since then, he’d looked up the resources Jason had scribbled for him on that scrap of paper. They had turned out to be a couple of guidance papers. The first was short and simple, but it was powerful.
Dear Auditor1 was a simple letter written by an imaginary engineering team to their auditor colleagues.
