I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Necessary Hardware and Software
To build the applications in this book, you must have Xcode 8.1, which requires a Mac running macOS El Capitan version 10.11.4 or later. Xcode, Apple’s Integrated Development Environment, is available on the App Store. Xcode includes the iOS SDK, the iOS simulator, and other development tools.
You should join the Apple Developer Program, which costs $99/year, because:
