One of the challenges with cyber-security is getting the user to understand the potential threats. Not so much now but many years ago people bought a computer thinking it would just work, it would be as intuitive as a calculator. Of course, nothing was further from the truth. Many years ago, a PC would arrive with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and craziest one of all Dbase. If the recipient turned on the computer, they would be faced by either a blank screen or page if using word or a blank spreadsheet if opening Excel.
