One of the best things about the iPhone is that you can download and install apps created by third parties, which is to say not created by Apple (the first party) or you (the second party). At the time of this writing, around 2 million apps were available, of which about 400,000 are games. Some apps are free, other apps cost money; some apps are useful, other apps are lame; some apps are well behaved, other apps quit unexpectedly or worse. You'll never be short of choices for apps, but you may need to perform in-depth research to find good apps that do exactly what you want.
