Mobile Pr efix Advertisement message.
The source address of the IPv6 packet is one of the addresses of the home agent. The
destination address is copied from the source address field of the Mobile Prefix Solicitation
message if the message is in response to a solicitation message. Otherwise, the destination
address is the registered care-of address of a mobile node. A Type 2 Routing Header must be
