1224–1227 If a cache entry is found, it is passed to ip6_mdq(), where the packet will be
copied and forwarded to the outgoing interfaces. m must not be freed here, since the caller
may use it for local delivery (in ip6_input()) or the transmission on the originating
interface (in ip6_output()).
The remaining code of the ip6_mforward() function is executed when a multicast
forwarding cache entry is not found for the given source and group address pair.
