DNS Header section format.
[RFC1035] defines some fields of the Header section as follows:
Query ID A 16-bit identifier assigned by the program that generates a query. This identifier is
copied to the corresponding reply and can be used by the requester to match up replies
to outstanding queries.
QR A 1-bit field that specifies whether this message is a query (0), or a response (1).
OPCODE A 4-bit field that specifies the type of query in this message. This value is usually
zero, which means a standard query.
