SaaP – Service-as-a-Product – the productisation of a service such that it can be sold for a fixed price and delivered to a specific set of criteria, usually to a smaller business that seeks the benefit of quality services without having the resources to afford them.

SaaS – Software-as-a-Service – the provision of software, whether CRM or accounting software, or any other, by a third party supplier from within the Cloud, on a business model that enables the user to pay only for actual usage of the software while all users benefit from upgrades and improvements made to suit other users.
