Chapter 2. Introducing Cisco ITaaS Framework and Services Transformation Program

The adoption of Cisco’s ITaaS framework allows today’s IT organizations to transition to an end-to-end Services organization while initiating and sustaining a cultural shift, and establish a foundation for Fast IT.
