[1] Process Improvements are classified as Project Requests. Further, Process Improvements are low in priority both within the Project Requests classification and within the working order across all classifications. Regardless, IT operations organization will devote a maximum of 200 hours per year on Process Improvements. All other Process Improvements will be prioritized and managed as defined in the Scope and Priorities section of this document.
