INTEGRATED BUSINESS CHANGE DESIGN

In the previous chapter the focus was on scoping the business improvement in a holistic way. The organisation needs to embrace and manage the change, which requires it to have the right structure and people in place to improve the business processes supported by appropriate information and technology components. Hence, the next stage in the IT-enabled business change life cycle is to construct a design of these individual components. It is also important to take an integrated approach to the design.
