The implementation stage of the business change life cycle is concerned with the execution of the integrated changes within the organisation. The deliverables from this stage are the implemented changes, which may include a new or enhanced IT system, revised business processes, re-trained staff, new information reports and revised management structures. The successful implementation of the change programme will be dependent upon careful change management. This is required particularly to co-ordinate all of the different elements of the change programme, including taking account of the culture of the organisation and the affected stakeholders.
