Think Strategically and Organize Effectively

Enabling IT to realize its potential for contributing to sustainability requires both strategic thinking and effective organizing. Strategic thinking is required to ensure that projects and investments are chosen so as to maximize returns and effective organizing is required to ensure that needed communications happen, that metrics are captured, and that ongoing planning occurs.
