We are restricting ourselves here to the first sentence of each definition. Abbreviations are listed alphabetically, without taking capital letters into account.
Access Right
The credentials for using an urban public transport service. When tickets are being checked – particularly in the case of “invisible” electronic tickets – the passenger and ticket collector must be able to recognise that an access right exists. If it is missing, transport companies charge an increased fare.
