The creation of the strategy is not a one-off activity, and cannot be expressed in a single document that is then never amended. Strategy is not a destination: it is a journey with a stated direction and objectives. Therefore, strategy management activities are ongoing. Strategic decisions, plans, and actions vary in their lifetime, applicability, and priority in the constantly changing circumstances of today’s organizations.
