8 ITIL 4: High-velocity IT syllabus
Table 8.1 gives a summary of the concepts that are tested in the examination. It references where these are described, both in the main parts of ITIL®4: High-velocity IT and the relevant sections of this guide.
The verb for each assessment criterion indicates the Bloom’s level (BL):
• ‘Understand’ indicates Level 2 understanding/comprehension.
• ‘Know how to’ indicates Level 3 application.
