It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The work described in this book occurred over a period of more than 15 years and required the close collaboration of clinical, administrative, and information technology professionals representing the entire range of Cleveland Clinic’s operating model and medical practice. Much of it was unique in our industry for its time.
