As with the previous section we are still very much at the genesis of corporate professional life. We are at the start of a new job, at the start of a career. As before it is so easy to get it right and yet so few do.
The greatest area of frustration is the huge wastage of talent, of enthusiasm, of energy that occurs with such vast degrees of regularity that it is verging on whatever a collective corporate sickness may be called. It is quite extraordinary to think that when a person is young is the time when he or she has the greatest energy.
