Mastered for iTunes
The Untold Story
Today, there are hundreds of Mastered for iTunes (MFiT) titles and, for online music files, MFiT will be the standard from now on. It is 100% based on solid science as you will learn in the chapters of this book, but in this Foreword, you’ll hear the “untold” story of how Mastered for iTunes came to be.
It evolved through the concerted efforts of many critical listeners both inside and outside Apple, Inc.
