Testing mobile-web applications with online emulators

When building a mobile-web application, it is sometimes helpful for emulation of the application without the requirement of installing an emulator just for testing. There are several online options that use Adobe Flash to create an iPhone and Android emulator that will allow for emulation of a mobile-website if the URI is accessible to the emulator.
