In this chapter, instead of focusing on a single device, we shall examine a project that requires multiple devices. The project I’ve chosen is what you might consider “the world’s most ridiculous metronome.” While it is not terribly ambitious, I think it illustrates the sort of steps you must take to complete a project that involves mechanical, electronic, and software components typical of most robotics projects and some IoT projects.
