Business Roles
The essential design of Web services involves cooperation between various business roles as depicted in Figure 2.2. These roles reflect the duties that must be fulfilled to complete the publishing, discovery, and binding of Web services. Three primary roles are involved in a common Web service conversation as reflected in the fundamental architecture. They are the service requestor, service provider, and the service broker. The following sections take a deeper look into these roles and the coming effects and issues related to them.
