26. Using a Production Database
Seam is an ideal solution for developing database-driven web applications. But so far in this book, for the sake of simplicity, we have not showed how to use a production-quality relational database in our example applications. Instead, all our examples use the HSQL database engine embedded inside the JBoss AS to store data.
