From 2010 to 2018 thirty-three Jim's divisions were launched. Unlike in previous phases of growth the overwhelming majority became successful, with only the last six listed no longer in operation. Insurance, Glass, Diggers (formerly Dingos), Termite and Pest Control (formerly Pest Control), Building Inspections, Security, Removals, Conveyancing, Locksmiths, Shade Sails, Traffic Control, Mobile Phones, Heating and Cooling, Window Tinting, Hazardous Material Removal, BBQ Cleaning, Interior Design, Flyscreens and Blinds, Energy, Kitchens, Mobile Cafe, Photography and Drones, Real Estate, Batteries, Drafting and Design, Mobile Tyres, Roller Doors, Bathrooms, Concrete Cutting, Insulation Services, Driving School, Site Solution, and Timber Milling. It is no wonder there are memes all over the internet about Jim's doing every service, with people making up their own — Jim's Exotic Cheeses, Jim's Drug Dealing and Jim's Hand Jobs.
For the number of divisions there are, it is remarkable how well Jim's system manages all parties, making sure quality service is provided by everyone.
