Determine Key Content for Learning
Determine the key content only after you have conducted a needs assessment to determine the training needs (if any) and created the title and goals for the training program. This job aid contains two templates for use when determining key content for either skill-building or attitude-changing training.
When you complete the templates, remember to keep the information at a high level. For example, when filling in factor #4 in the Skill-Building Template: How to do it, just indicate what the procedure is. Do not list the steps in the procedure.
