Getting ready

There are some widget sets that are available directly. They are available in your Notebook like any other library that you need to include as per your requirement. Once included, the widget can be instantiated and called upon. When your Notebook is run, the widget will be activated and will be displayed according to how you set it up.

In this section, we will look at widget sets from ipyleaflet, ipywidgets, and interactive. I am sure the list of widget providers will grow over time as Jupyter's popularity increases. Also, if you do not find a widget that works in the manner you need, you can always produce your own custom widget using the building blocks provided by Jupyter.
