Go to www.courseptr.com and click on the Downloads button to access the code from this book. The companion Web site contains, chapter by chapter, all the complete programs that are listed in the book. Where multiple files are necessary, they are in sub-folders of the chapter folder. All code is in C or C++, and has been test-compiled with the Borland BCC32 command-line compiler environment.
To use the code from the companion Web site, you must have at your disposal a computer running the following:
Microsoft Windows (95/NT/98/2000/XP)
Apple Macintosh (all)
Your computer should also have a suitable development environment if you want to compile the source code.
