Kanban is a way of driving change, and is not a process, so no meetings are prescribed. We will provide some ideas for meetings you could have anyway. See it as a smorgasbord from where you can pick what you like.

Planning a meeting

Choosing the right product(s) to do next is an important and hard issue. Picking things in the wrong order might increase the risk level or damage the project, the product, or in the worst case scenario the whole company.
