Accessing the Web with your Kindle Fire is easy: Tap Web, and Silk (the Web browser) launches. It allows you to search the Web and visit any page that you want.

Silk is unlike other browsers out there because it uses Amazon’s cloud technology. Amazon gathers Silk usage data anonymously to make popular pages load faster and aggregate trending sites. These features let you stay on top of what’s current. You can opt out of them so your usage isn’t collected anonymously, or at all.
