It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Scientific and technical documents often contain more than plain text; they also include structured data. In the previous chapter, we looked at ways to organize information with different kinds of lists and how to customize their layout. Now, we will turn to presenting data in tables.
