Designing a title page

A good looking title page can quickly be created using \maketitle as we did in Chapter 2, Formatting Words, Lines, and Paragraphs. Document classes usually offer this command to generate a suitable pre-formatted title page. Alternatively, you could use a titlepage environment to freely design its layout.
