Creating a Sales Process and Your First Sale

Introduction

This chapter transitions the First 100 Days Plan from the prelaunch phases (Chapters 17) to postlaunch phase (Chapters 8–14). As mentioned in the introduction, for most businesses there isn’t a clear “launch” date. That doesn’t need to be the case for your business.
