Creating a Sales Process and Your First Sale


This chapter transitions the First 100 Days Plan from the prelaunch phases (Chapters 17) to postlaunch phase (Chapters 814). As mentioned in the introduction, for most businesses there isn’t a clear “launch” date. That doesn’t need to be the case for your business. Now that you have the steps in place covered in Chapters 17, you should be prepared to open your doors and start selling your product or service.
