This is where we transition from an idea—a viable idea—as we completed our due diligence in the Listen leg to the detailed planning for the project. This leg is all about translating our viable idea into deliverables, resource requirements, roles and responsibilities, budgets, timelines, and setting up all the activities that will make the project team successful.
