Overview

This is the leg where all the action happens; it’s also where the most effort is expended—remember 20 to 30 percent to initiate, 5 to 10 percent to close, so 60 to 75 percent to create. For this leg of the Project Management GameBoard (PMGB), the focus is on managing expectations, risks, and changes while keeping our team resilient, responsive, and operating at peak performance through collaboration.
