Taking his boss’s point to heart, over the following decades Martin Glenn focused on creating people-driven workplaces, right down to the front lines, wherever he led. An eventual four-time CEO, after leaving PepsiCo, where he was CEO of Walkers, Martin went on to successfully lead Birds Eye Iglo, United Biscuits, and the English Football Association (the FA).
