My aim in Lead with Wisdom has been to make a case that leadership needs wisdom, and that wisdom enriches leadership. This is not the ‘new thing’ on leadership. Wisdom is an old theme. What I’m arguing can’t be proved and I’m not trying to prove it. I can only point to the things we hold dear about life and each other, and ask what ways of being and leading sit well alongside them and help us all to flourish.
